It's Teacher Appreciation Week!

May 5-11 is Teacher Appreciation Week and RALI Maryland is thrilled to recognize Owings Mills High School teacher, Cynthia McClain Purdie, one of the first teachers to adopt the RALI Maryland and Prescription Drug Safety Network course for her students.

About the course, McClain Purdie said, "it's a needed resource for students around the country, not just in urban markets like Baltimore, but especially in rural and suburban communities."

By working with leaders like McClain Purdie and many other great teachers in Maryland, RALI Maryland helps bring effective prevention education to communities throughout our state.

McClain Purdie's students who have completed the course called it " informative, interesting, and easy to complete."

RALI Maryland is an alliance of more than two dozen local, state and national organizations committed to finding solutions to end the opioid crisis in Maryland.
